| Question text: | Thank you for your willingness to consider participating in our study! Here are some answers to frequently asked questions. What is the purpose of this research? We are researching how we can evolve the way companies and customers exchange ideas and feedback to create better products and services. We are interested in understanding the type and frequency of ideas and feedback you would share; if you prefer submitting audio, video, image or text feedback; and want to understand what you would be interested in doing with the ideas and feedback. What are you doing with my data? Your data will be used for research purposes. We will not be selling or providing your data to any individual or organization as part of this research effort. How will I get paid? At the end of the week we will tally a report of the number of rants or raves you completed each day of the assignment. You earn $5 for each, up to $10/day, and are eligible for a $30 bonus if you submit at least 2 a day for all 7 days. We will then add the funds to your rewards on your study pages. The reward from this study will be added to your clincard in the following payment cycle. What can I rant and rave about? You can “rant” or “rave” anytime, about any product or service. No matter if your comments are very detailed or very general – we want to know! Will the information get back to the companies? No, we won’t provide your data to companies – unless you want us to! One of our areas of research is understanding if you would be interested in us providing your feedback to the company, getting your issue resolved and communicating the resolution to you. We also are interested in knowing if you have ideas for new products or designs, see if you would be interested in participating with companies to create new products. If you say yes, you may be randomly selected to participate in a 7-day study sometime in the near future. If you are selected, we will notify you by email. You can still say yes or no at that time. |
