General information

Question text: Currently, most Americans who do not get health insurance through their employer, Medicare, or Medicaid receive a tax credit to help them buy coverage. Those who earn less or live in places where insurance is more expensive get larger tax credits. (A tax credit reduces the amount of taxes you pay.)

Some have proposed changing this system so that people who buy their own health insurance get the same amount of tax credit no matter what they earn or how much insurance costs where they live. ^FLis001_1 ^FLis001_2
