General information

Question text: Jane Smith is ^FLAge. She has always had an excellent memory but lately, she feels like she is not as sharp as she used to be. She has difficulty coming up with the names of casual acquaintances, especially if she encounters them out of context. Having trouble coming up with a word on the tip of her tongue is happening more frequently than it used to, which she finds somewhat frustrating. She has also walked into another room at times and forgotten what she went in there for, and will sometimes forget a phone number in between looking it up and dialing it. She is not sleeping well at night due to financial worries.

Should Jane discuss this with her health care provider at her next appointment or schedule an appointment to discuss?
