You can now transfer money between persons ^FLPerson[1] and ^FLPerson[2]. Persons ^FLPerson[1] and ^FLPerson[2] are not told how much money they were initially given. If you decide to give Person ^FLPerson[1] $X instead of $5, they will simply be told that they have been given $X, and will not know how much they started with. Nor will they know that there is another person (Person ^FLPerson[2]) involved, or that a third party (you) determined the money they received.
