Additional Information
Sample selection	All respondents belonging to the Nationally Representative sample were invited to take the survey. Hence, Native Americans and LA County respondents were excluded. Invitees were divided into three waves, depending on whether they had previously answered SCPC/DCPC in 2014 and/or 2015. Invitees in wave 1 were those with most experience with SCPC/DCPC; invitees in wave 2 were those with some experience with SCPC/DCPC; invitees in wave 3 had no previous experience with SCPC/DCPC. These three waves were invited sequentially: wave 1 first, wave 2 next, and wave 3 at last.
