General information

Question text: Now imagine that the following year comes and you again need to choose a health insurance plan for your own health care only. You have the option of keeping your previous choice (higlighted in the table below) but please note that the premium for that plan might have changed. In addition, your employer might have added or removed a few plan options.

As before, the plans provide access to the same doctors and quality of service, but the plans differ in the premium and deductible. Note that now they also differ in the annual out-of-pocket maximum ($1,500 or $1,600 per year). All plans include a modest co-payment for doctor visits, and are equivalent other than these differences in premium, deductible and out-of-pocket maximum.

The following tables tell you how much you would pay in premium for the deductible and out-of-pocket maximum you select. Your previous choice is preselected, so if you want to stick with it, just click “next”.
