Thank you so much for your participation in the Mobile Monitoring of Cognitive Change in the UAS (M2C2-UAS) study. We appreciate your dedication in answering our questions over the past 8 days and we’d like to get a sense of your experience in this study. These next questions are going to ask about your experience in the study overall. This includes everything you did as part of the study, not only completing the surveys on your phone for the past 8 days.

One final question. So that we can learn even more from the experiences of people in this study, we will be conducting a few phone interviews with volunteers in this study who completed the full 9 days. The interview would take about 30 minutes or less, scheduled at a time that is convenient for you, and you would earn $40 for your time. The interview is entirely voluntary. Since we are only doing a few interviews, even if you kindly say yes, we may not need to contact you. We appreciate the time you have already spent on this project, whether or not you agree to be contacted!
