General information

Question text: Now imagine that the following year comes and you again need to choose a health insurance plan for your own health care only. You have the option of keeping your previous choice (highlighted in table below) but please note that the premium for that plan might have changed. In addition, your employer might have added or removed a few plan options.

As before, the plans provide access to the same doctors and quality of service, but the plans differ in the premium and deductible. All plans include a modest co-payment for doctor visits and have an annual out-of-pocket maximum of $1,500, and are equivalent other than these differences in premium and deductible.

The following table tells you how much you would pay in premium for the deductible you select. Your previous choice is preselected, so if you want to stick with it, just click “next”.
